Advance Registration


**Please note, due to full squads, the following Cheer levels are now closed for the 2006 season: Pee Wee Cheer, Junior Midget Cheer & Midget Cheer.**


New this year "Advance Registration" is designed to cut your wait times at registration. To complete Advance Registration all you will need to do is complete 4 simple steps.


1. Click on the link for the 2006 Registration & Medical Release Forms below.
2. Print & fill out the form.
3. Click on the E-Mail link and let us know what date and time you will be coming to register.
4. Bring the filled out registration form with you to Registration and let them know you Pre-Registered.

(If this is your first year registering with Clay Pop Warner you will also need to bring a copy of the childs Birth Certificate, current child photo and a current Doctor's Physical or Medical Release (dated 2006)
